Tournaments & Outings
West Pines is pleased that you are considering us for your next group outing. We offer complete outing services including green fees, cart fees, range balls, pairings and cart assignments, rental clubs, scoring, gift certificates, on course beverage cart service and pre-event and post event food and beverage services.
Groups of 20 or more players may reserve starting times up to one year in advance. Shotgun starts or Modified Shotgun starts are generally available weekdays and weekends after 2 PM. A completed and signed outing application, accompanied by the appropriate deposit, is required to ensure the course reservation.
Per Player Outing fee on Weekdays anytime and on Weekends after 2:00 PM is $36.00.
A deposit of $250 is required to hold a date for an outing/tournament. If the tournament is cancelled at least one week prior to the scheduled outing date, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Confirmation of Players
A confirmed player count and list of teams must be provided to West Pines Golf Club 3 days in advance of the day of play. A finalized complete list of players and any additional player information must be provided to West Pines no later than 1 day prior to the event.
Course Rules & Etiquette
All players in tournaments/outings are expected to adhere to the Rules and Regulations of West Pines Golf Club; including, but not limited to, pace of play and golf course etiquette. All golfers must have their own set of golf clubs.
Professional services include registration set up, cart signs, scorecards, rules sheets, scorekeeping and results preparation.
