West Pines is pleased that you are considering us for your next group outing. We offer complete outing services including green fees, cart fees, range balls, pairings and cart assignments, rental clubs, scoring, gift certificates, on course beverage cart service and pre-event and post event food and beverage services.

Groups of 20 or more players may reserve starting times up to one year in advance. Shotgun starts or Modified Shotgun starts are generally available only on Monday thru Thursdays. A completed and signed outing contract, accompanied by the appropriate deposit, is required to ensure the course reservation.

Deposits  For outings of 100 players or more a deposit of $500 is required. For outings of 20-99 players a deposit of $250 is required. The deposit will be refunded in full if cancellation in writing is received 7 days prior to the event.

Confirmation of Players  All course reservations must be confirmed with a player count 3 days prior to the event. Outings will be charged for the confirmed number of players or the actual number of players, whichever is higher. A complete list of players and any additional player information must be provided to West Pines no later than 1 day prior to the event.

Course Rules & Etiquette  All players are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of West Pines Golf Club; including but not limited to dress code, pace of play, cart path rules and golf course etiquette.

Golf Pricing  Prices listed for outings on Monday - Thursday.  $38.00 per person. (Includes green fees, cart fees, range balls and professional services.)

Prices for outings all day Friday and after 2:00 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.  $40.00 per person. (Includes green fees, cart fees, range balls and professional services.)

Professional services include registration set up, cart signs, scorecards, rules sheets, scorekeeping and results preparation.
